Searching for our first property was a project. Every bank and lender we worked with required hours of phone calls and documentation requests through their complicated website portals. There was one exception and that was Jason. Time is very valuable to me and with Jason all we had were a few phone calls and emails and it was done. He connected me to an excellent realtor and knew about a new mortgage vehicle (5% down conventional) that was just rolled out that the other lenders either didn't know about or hadn't implemented yet. All of this combined I highly recommend giving Jason a call to see how he can help you secure a mortgage for your project or new home. He is seamless to work with, a great base of knowledge to pick, and an excellent member to have on your team.

I would highly recommend Mike! I went into this process thinking I would only be able to rent. My realtor got me in touch with Mike who was able to get me pre-approved much to my surprise, and also ran all the numbers for me as I was going through the offer-counteroffer process. He helped keep me informed every step of the way to closing and even afterward. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
