William Lavigne

I have 32 years of Residential Mortgage Banking experience and I have worked in many different positions including Closing, Post Closing, Processing, Origination, Audit, Homeowners Escrow, Compliance, Project Management, and Various Supervisory and Contract Consulting Positions for other Larger, Middle Sized, and Smaller Lenders and Brokers.

 

Over the last few years, from compliance I have slowly transitioned over to the sales side to finish my last few working years to help people find homes and finance their needs.

 

My background affords me the ability to be patient, knowing how difficult and complex the back office and programs can be, even to a veteran like myself, and I use that information to help educate and ease people through the mortgage process to a final clear-to-close and homeownership.
