Wendy Colson

Wendy H. Colson, ABR, CRS, MRP, is a seasoned and accomplished Senior Mortgage Consultant with a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. She began her career in the mortgage/real estate arena in 1993 as a mortgage loan officer in Southern California. Her experience includes her role as the President and General Manager of retail concept stores. Wendy is also a member of the Guam Association of REALTORS (GAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). 

With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the mortgage and real estate industry, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert in guiding clients through the loan process. Wendy possesses a comprehensive understanding of various loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loans. She is well-versed in the ever-changing mortgage landscape, staying up to date with the latest regulations, guidelines, and market trends to ensure clients receive the best possible service.

Wendy graduated from Guam’s John F. Kennedy High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
