My wife and I had started our process with a traditional bank for a pre approval but didn’t have much success getting offers accepted. I knew Matt from high school and contacted him separately to see if he can help us out. Matt not only called us multiple times to explain things( the other lender never called me) but he went above and beyond going over what to expect, guidelines and rules. We submitted an offer with my realtor and Matt followed up with the sellers as well and it was accepted. The process was very smoove and I was cleared to close 2 weeks early!
