Chris Genovese

With a career in finance that began in 1997 at Chevy Chase Bank, Chris quickly worked his way up to Sr. Bank Officer and Branch Manager. In 2003, he shifted his focus entirely to mortgage financing—where he’s been helping individuals and families navigate homeownership ever since. Chris is a DMV native and proudly serves clients across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. He specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, educating clients on mortgage options, and building strong referral-based business pipelines. Whether it’s finding the right loan or getting a deal across the finish line, Chris is committed to getting the job done. Outside of work, Chris married the love of his life in 2000, and together they’ve welcomed three wonderful children. Their family has called Frederick, MD home for more than 20 years.
