Chris joined the mortgage industry in February of 2008. He has credited his flexibility and commitment to getting the job done as the reasons he has flourished in this industry.

 

No matter how busy my day has been, as soon as the phone rings or an e-mail is received, the first thing I remind myself is that this call or this e-mail is the most important part of my day. Because getting and maintaining a mortgage is such an important part of my clients’ lives, it should be just as important in my life. By making the client the top priority of every transaction, Chris was able to build his business and thrive in an ever evolving industry throughout his career.

 

Throughout my 15+ years of experience and billions of dollars in mortgages that I’ve helped close, combining the “customer first” philosophy with the many years of experience has allowed me to make the process of getting a mortgage a breeze for the client while also having the knowledge to explain the process simply and clearly to all types of clients from the highly seasoned investor to the first time home buyer. Chris continues to build his business by becoming an expert in all types of mortgages: conventional, FHA, VA, conforming, jumbo, commercial etc. You will be hard pressed to find a loan product or scenario that I have not dealt with firsthand. With that experience, I know the simplest and most efficient way to get the deal done.
